AN INSTAGRAM star has revealed her severe joint pain was so bad it left her unable to change her three-month-old son's nappy.

Maldon social media star, Mrs Hinch announced to her 2.7m Instagram followers for the last month she has been struggling to walk and use her hands after suffering severe joint pain in her fingers and hands.

The problems have come three months after she gave birth to her first son, Ronnie.

She asked her followers whether any of her followers, affectionately known as 'Hinchers' if any of them had a similar experience.

Mrs Hinch, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, 29, took to her Instagram story, saying: "I'm hoping someone may be able to help me here.

"I've been putting off asking because I feel worried about it.

"For the last four weeks I have been waking up in the morning with the worst joint pains in my fingers and knees, and sometimes I can't even change Ronnie's nappy, or walk to the bathroom properly.

"And also the night sweats are still terrible.

"I am just wondering if I'm going a bit mad, or is this all something to do with post pregnancy?

"I will book an appointment with my GP but has this happened to any of my followers?"

Following a host of messages from her followers, Mrs Hinchliffe confirmed she was "not as worried".

However, she did add: "My thumb won't even work this morning.

"My knees - it's just so bad."
