POLICE have 'shut down' a road in Latchingdon following an incident.
The Street in Latchingdon has been closed according to drivers following what residents have reported as an 'accident' which took place at around 3.30pm.
Officers are diverting drivers away from the incident currently.
Reports have claimed the incident was in fact a car chase that ended in the middle of Latchingdon.
Bus services have been suspended through the village, following the incident

Our drivers are doing everything possible to operate a full service.
Further reports have said that police laid down stingers to try and stop the car involved in the chase from getting away from officers.
A resident claimed that six vehicles' tyres were popped as a result of the stinger that was deployed during the chase.
It is believed the road has since been re-opened.
