green boost: The Green Gym in Heybridge
The Green Gym which meets twice a week at the Heybridge Co-op School opposite the Bentalls Centre has had an injection of equipment with funds from Heybridge Parish Council.
As well as the gym equipment, local residents now have tennis and badminton equipment, table tennis racquets, skipping ropes, weights, and basketballs and footballs.
There are even frisbees for the super energetic.
Residents are welcome to join sessions held on Thursdays from 6.30-7.30pm and Saturdays from 10.30-11.30am.
