Regarding last week’s letter headlined “MP must be challenged over suspension vote”, it is my view that sitting MP for Maldon
should not be challenged but rather be commended for his every action to bring about what the majority of people in our nation voted for - to leave the EU.
Our democracy must be upheld. Mr Whittingdale along with others are struggling against a whole group of people trying to keep us in the EU at all costs: “Remoaners”.
More power to your elbow Mr Whittingdale, you are a very good MP. Keep up the fight for what is right.
Last week’s letter from the Canon Dr Graham Blyth quoted history to make his case. History will not judge us well if we fail to uphold the people’s vote in this matter.
