The Rock Project Maldon held its end of year Summer Showcase Concert at Maldon Town Hall on Sunday, July 14.
The event included students aged seven to 18 from the Rock Project’s schools in Danbury and Wickford and was held over back-to-back concerts, one for junior students and one for senior students.
The event was a huge success and testament to the work put in by Joy Smith, of Southminster, and her team of tutors.
The Rock Project Maldon would like to congratulate all the students who took part on a magnificent performance and particularly our students of the year who won trophies for their commitment and attitude.
They would also like to thank Sean and Louis Smyth from MLC Disco who put on a fantastic light show including a video wall backdrop and managed the sound on stage and front of house.
The Rock Project returns to its weekly sessions in Wickford and Danbury from September and there are places available.
