POLICE have put out an appeal after distinctive, irreplaceable jewellery was stolen.

It is believed the rings, which have great sentimental value to the victim, were stolen from an address in Southminster between May 11 and May 12.

A spokesman said: “We are appealing for anyone who has seen these rings to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Maldon Local Policing Team on 101 and quote the reference 42/75166/19 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously.
