Marks and Spencer Maldon storage
For many years the area to the left of the entrance to the Marks and Spencer store in Maldon has been used by the disabled to park their scooters, with up to three being accommodated.
Over the last couple of months hand baskets storage has been introduced to this area for the first time, restricting scooter access.
I have complained to the staff several times, the only result today has been total occupancy by baskets and no room at all for scooters.
No apologies have been forthcoming, the only reason being given was more space for flowers.
