Rogues dump tons of building dirt in the middle of a narrow road
A CARELESS person has dumped a mound of dirt and brick in the middle of a narrow road.
The flytipping incident in Crows Lane, Woodham Ferrers happened earlier this afternoon.
The Woodham Ferrers and Bicknacre Parish Council has put out an appeal for any witnesses driving in or out of the road a few hours ago.
A council spokesman said the incidents have increased particlarily in this road due to its secluded nature.
