Essex Police have brought an adorable pair of kittens to safety after a rescue mission.
The team from Maldon and Chelmsford worked alongside the RSPCA to save the kittens that were abandoned.
They were taken back to the police station, where officers put out a public appeal, calling for residents to name the duo, who the team described as "little legends".
Among the names suggested included; Top Cat and Officer Dibble, Smash and Grab, Blues and Twos, Holmes and Watson and many more.
