I would like to congratulate local builder EJ Taylor and Sons for the very professional way they have managed and developed their site at Latchingdon Park.
No one likes a development near them but if do these are the people to make life as pleasant as possible.
The site throughout has been clean and tidy and perspective buyers must have been attracted by the landscaping.
Contrast this with the site in Burnham known as Grangewood Park.
From the start of the project it has been very disruptive to the local community and has always been a messy site in appearance. The frontage continues to be very uninviting and may put perspective buyers off.
