PLANS for a public consultation mapping out a village’s housing future have been postponed.
Tiptree Parish Council announced their neighbourhood plan consultation will be pushed back for a few months.
A parish spokesman said: “Tiptree Parish Council apologises for any inconvenience that may have been caused by the postponement of the public consultation about the Tiptree neighbourhood plan.
“This is due to the legal requirements of electoral law and electoral procedures that precede the elections in May 2019.
“The Public Consultation was due to take place from February 16 until March 31 but will not now take place.
“It is hoped that the public consultation can be restarted in late May or early June but the exact dates will be confirmed nearer the time.”
