ADAM Peek says Southend Manor must start quickly against Woodford Town in the Essex Senior League tonight.

The Manor boss is looking to guide his team out of a poor run of form which has seen them win just one of the last seven matches.

And Peek says Manor must hit their stride if they are to climb the table.

He said: “We are on a bad run at the moment and there have been a lot of changes to the team. We have to start turning our season around.

“It’s a tough game against a young but talented Woodford side so we must be at it from the start.”

Woodford sit seventh with 16 points from 10 games.

Nathan Dewberry is rated 50/50 due to injury, Robbie Norris is suspended although John-Jo Slater returns to the squad.
