A woman has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm after reports two women were assaulted in Maldon.
Police were called to King Georges Place in Maldon around 10.20pm on Wednesday, July 11, following reports that a woman had been stabbed with a glass bottle and another woman had been seriously injured.
Micaela Brunning, 40, of Glenway Close, Maldon, was charged with two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
She appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court today, Friday, July 13.
Brunning has been remanded in custody to appear before Chelmsford Crown Court on August 10.
