A MAN is due in court for various driving offences after concerns made by Southminster residents.
Daniel Baron, 31, of High Street, Southminster, has been charged with failing to provide a specimen, driving without a licence and insurance, driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition, failing to stop or provide details to officers, failing to notify the DVLA of a new keeper of a vehicle, obstructing an officer and driving an unlicensed vehicle.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, July 4.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “On Monday June 4, we received complaints about a vehicle being driven recklessly in Southminster.
“The vehicle was located by officers in Coombe Road and after a foot chase, we arrested a man shortly afterwards.”
