A COUPLE were threatened with a knife following a road rage incident in South Woodham Ferrers.
A car was being driven along King Edward Road when a cyclist cut across the road without warning.
The driver sounded her horn before the rider threw his bike down on the floor and threatened the couple in the car with a knife.
The incident happened shortly after 1pm on Saturday, December 2.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “The suspect has been described as being in his early twenties, about 5ft 6ins tall, skinny and wore a black tracksuit, a black beanie hat and had a scarf wrapped around his head.
“He also wore a black leather Converse satchel and was riding a white mountain bike.”
