Maldon’s annual ceremony will take place at the war memorial, High Street, at 10.30am on Sunday. It will be followed by a service of Remembrance inside the church.

Burnham will be holding a 10am service at the Baptist Church, Station Road, on Sunday after which wreaths will be laid at the war memorial, High Street, at around 10.50am. The road will be closed from 10am and a performance from Rayleigh Brass Band will take place ahead of the service.

In Heybridge there will be a parade from Plantation Hall, Colchester Road, starting at 10am on Sunday. A service will be held at 10.30am and at 11am.

A 10am service of remembrance is being held at St Leonards Church, in Station Road, in Southminster on Sunday. Christ Church, Burnham Road, Latchingdon, will hold a minute’s silence and a service of Remembrance will be held at 10.55am Sunday.
