FOUR teenagers have been arrested after a boy was robbed in Southminster.
Essex Police received report that a 17-year-old was punched in the head and robbed of a two figure sum of cash by suspects in North Street, Southminster yesterday.
A spokesman for the police said: "The teenager was taken to hospital for serious injuries and has since been discharged.
"Police arrested boys aged 14, 15, and 16 on suspicion of robbery, possession of cannabis and wounding, and another 14-year-old boy on suspicion of robbery and wounding in Althorne today.
"They remain in custody for questioning."
