Warning after heating oil theft
Hundreds of pounds worth of heating oil was stolen from an outside tank.
The fuel was taken from a tank on Hackmans Lane, Cock Clarks, overnight last Monday.
About £400 worth of oil was stolen.
Police asked residents to consider the security of their heating oil storage and to report any suspicious behaviour to Maldon police on 101.
