A woman has been airlifted to hospital after falling from a horse near Maldon in Essex.
Paramedics were called at 11.20am, today, to Beckingham Street in Tolleshunt Major to treat a woman in her late teens.
A land ambulance and the Essex Air Ambulance were dispatched to the incident.
An ambulance spokesperson said: "The woman suffered serious injuries to her pelvis, and not only had she come off the horse but it had also rolled onto her as well. She was quickly airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital for further treatment."
