Children can look for hidden pieces of evidence to solve the murder of Camille Holland.

Based on a real murder case that took place in Clavering, Essex, in 1903, children will solve the mystery by collecting all the evidence and completing the jigsaw puzzle of 'who dunnit'.

There is a prize for the correct answer.

The event takes places at the Essex Police Museum in Chelmsford on Saturday from 10am to 4pm.

Children aged five and above can take part, it costs £1 per child and there is no need to book.

Also at the museum, families can go back in time and become a Victorian police officer.

On February 19, people can dress up in Victorian police uniform and have their photograph taken, then make a special frame while their sepia picture is printed.

Curator Becky Wash says "Victorian photography was very different compared to today. You had to sit very still for a long time so you don’t see many Victorians smiling! This event is great fun for all the family to join in.”

The event runs from 10am until 4pm, and costs £2 per photograph. All ages are welcome.
