Proposed development at: Mayfloer Nursery, Mill Road, Mayland, Essex. CM3 6EQ . Take Notice that application is being made by Mayflower Development and Estates Ltd. Applicant name: Mr Ewan Cresswell for Planning Permission to: Change use of site from Sui Generis to Residential, demolish existing buildings at Mayflower Nursery (former Dengie Garden Centre) & erect 29 dwellings (including 12 affordable houses), with associated landscaping, amenity space & off street parking, form new vehicular & pedestrian access on to Mill Road & as far as the proposal, upgrade Mill Road to form a Type F Minor Access Road, with some narrowings. Application submitted to: Maldon District Council, Council Offices Prince's Road, Maldon, Essex. CM9 5DL. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of this notice.
