Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications: Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building 24 North Street Maldon - Replacement of two street facing sash Ref No:18/00826/HOUSE Lloyds TSB 68 High Street Maldon - Proposed new external ramp and steps outside the entrance to the bank and associated works including the removal of the existing external entrance steps and new entrance door. Ref No:18/00866/FUL 6 Fish Street Goldhanger - Single storey side extension & first floor rear extension. Ref No:18/00805/HOUSE Moors Farm Moors Farm Chase Little Totham - Proposed two storey side extension and alterations, following demolition of lobby and outbuildings. Ref No:18/00924/HOUSE & 18/00925/LBC Trusses Waterside Road Bradwell-On-Sea - Proposed construction of a detached cart lodge. Ref No: 18/00969/HOUSE Burnham Town Council Council Offices Chapel Road Burnham-On-Crouch - To replace office windows and raise height of wall by 600mm block & render finish. To replace side window and replace with fire escape window. Ref No:18/00974/FUL 11 Battle Rise Heybridge - Loft conversion with the installation of roof lights. Ref No:18/00980/HOUSE Departure from the Local Development Plan Clarks Farm Wash Lane Little Totham - Change of use from Sui Generis to a two bedroom residential dwelling (Class C3).
