(Rectory Lane, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice effective from
19th April 2018 to 19th May 2018

(Rectory Lane, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane,
Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Burnham
Road to its junction with Lower Burnham Road, a distance of
approximately 1258m. The closure is scheduled to commence
on 23rd April 2018 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC005MU1WSEP00IBR2D8LC01 – BT). The scheduled dates may
vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed
on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the
public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Lower Burnham Road, Fambridge
Road, Summerhill, Main Road, Burnham Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 12th April 2018 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
(Crescent Road, Heybridge)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made
the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crescent Road,
Heybridge in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Holloway
Road for a distance of approximately 134m in a westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th April 2018 for 15 days,
or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034784750 – UK Power
Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with
appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while
new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Langford Road, Holloway Road
and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 12th April 2018 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
(Queenborough Road, Southminster)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not
less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above
Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queenborough
Road, Southminster in the District of Maldon, from its junction with
High Street for a distance of approximately 202m in a northerly
direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th May 2018
for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0142919864A –
Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these
works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the
public and workforce while replacing broken valve works are
undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Queenborough Road, North Street,
High Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th April 2018 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
(Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Silver Road,
Burnham-On-Crouch) (Temporary Suspension of
One Way Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not
less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above
Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch
in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Orchard Road for
a distance of approximately 46m in a Southerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way in Silver Road,
Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon as detailed in the
‘Essex County Council (Silver Road, Burnham-On-Crouch)
(One Way Traffic) Order 1994 to allow access for the duration
of the closure.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2018 for 7 days,
or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000701975 – Cadent Gas).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs
showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is
required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow the laying
of a new gas service to customer is undertaken by Cadent Gas.
An alternative route is available via Orchard Road, Riverside Road,
High Street, Silver Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th April 2018 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
