(Holybread Lane, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from
the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Holybread Lane, Little Baddow in the
City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Colam Lane to its junction with North Hill, a distance
of approximately 1044m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th April 2018 for
5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBQHCFGU01 – BT). The
scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed
on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while
spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Hammonds Road, Maldon Road, Main Road, Little Baddow
Road, The Ridge, Spring Elms Lane, North Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th April 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months
or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Chelmsford as specified
in the Schedule to this order.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 5th April 2018
exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. Access will be maintained for
emergency services.
The Closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst spine cabling works
are undertaken by BT.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Moulsham Hall Lane, Little Leighs in
the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Blackley Lane to its junction with Great Leighs
bypass roundabout, a distance of approximately 860m. The closure is scheduled to commence
on 8th April 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC11W00000IBPEG6GY1
– BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/
or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and
workforce while erecting overhead cable works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Moulsham Hall Lane, Main Road, Crix Green Road,
Bartholomew Green Lane, School Road, School Lane, New Road, Gore Road, The Street,
Rayne Road, Springwood Drive, Pods Brook Road, Panners Roundabout, Garden Village
Way, Springwood Link, Notley Cross, Bridge End Lane, Cuckoo Way, Great Leighs Bypass,
Great Leighs Bypass Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 22nd March 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months
or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Well Lane, Danbury)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from
the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Well Lane, Danbury in the City of
Chelmsford, from its junction with Bell Hill Roundabout to its junction with Woodhill Road,
a distance of approximately 494m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd April 2018
for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231002006 – Essex County Council).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or
displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and
workforce while tree and hedge cutting works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Main Road, Mayes Lane, Penny Royal Road, Woodhill Road
and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th April 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months
or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
