Notice of Making of an Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 - Section 257
Public Path Diversion Order 2017 Footpath 24 Boreham in the City Of Chelmsford
Network Rail have been granted Planning permission by Chelmsford City Council under Planning number 15/01789/FUL to build a new auto transformer feeder station for the railway line which will affect the route of Footpath 24 Chelmsford.
The above Order made on 27th February, 2017, will divert a part length of public Footpath 24 Boreham starting from grid reference 57473,21019 and running in a generally southerly direction west of the existing track for a distance of 174 metres to the north side of the railway line at grid reference 57476,21002, to an alternative route commencing at the same above point and running in a south south easterly direction along the existing track for a distance of 127 metres to grid reference 57478,21003, then in a south westerly direction for a distance of 28 metres to the same point of termination.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Chelmsford City Council Offices, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Laurence Page, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, County Hall, A2 Annex, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1QH no later than 6th April, 2017 and should state the grounds on which they are made. Please include an email address with your response.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. (Lower Green, Galleywood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Green, Galleywood in the Chelmsford District (B), from its junction with Ponds Road to its junction with Rignals Lane for a distance of approximately 469m.. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th April 2017 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (NK100/SSEMPL/100130681 - Virgin Media) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay new service works are undertaken by Virgin Media.
An alternative route is available via Stock Road, Watchouse Road, Pipers Tye and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 12th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Domsey Lane, Little Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Domsey Lane, Little Waltham in the Chelmsford District (B), from Drakes Lane to Cranham Road for a distance approximately 353 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th May 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005MU1WSEP00IBPAG3WV01 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works works are undertaken byBT.
An alternative route is available via Wheelers Hill, Leighs Road, Cranham Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pleshey Road, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pleshey Road, Great Waltham in the Chelmsford District (B), from the entrance of rolphy house for a distance of approximately 127 in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th April 2017 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005WP00100500213442700 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay new duct in verge works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Ford End Road, Pleshey Road, Penden Hill, Main Road, Lucks Lane, Warners Farm Roundabout, Ringtail Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lower Stock Road, West Hanningfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Stock Road, West Hanningfield in the Chelmsford District, from its junction with Kents Farm Lane to Slough House Farm for a distance approximately 281 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th June 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CC11W000000IBPM78PH - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacement of telegraph pole works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Lower Stock Road, Kents Farm Lane, Ship Road, Holliday Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 09/03/2017
