Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Eurovla Ltd for Change of use of part of the Inert waste recycling site for the temporary storage of materials for a temporary period of 5 years at Bulls Lodge Quarry, Generals Lane, Boreham, Chelmsford, CM3 3HR - ESS/10/17/CHL The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Minerals Local Plan 2014 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it (including the Environmental Statement) online at www.essex.gov.uk/viewplanning or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330139808).

Consultation on this application is open until 9 March 2017. Representations or objections in respect of this application can be made online at www.essex.gov.uk/viewplanning; via email to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk; or in writing to the undersigned by 9 March 2017. Please include your name and full postal address. Any representations or objections received will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public.

(Duck Street, Little Easton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Duck Street, Little Easton CP in the Uttlesford District, from it's junction with Manor Road to Duck Street for a distance approximatelyl 00m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th March 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC30034759687 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while New electrical service, road closed on Sunday only (05/03/2017) works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via The Endway, Dunmow Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 5th March 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 16 February 2017
