ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - MONTAGUE PLACE

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 29th June 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

The temporary closure of Montague Place from its junction with Eastern Road continuing in a southwards direction for 30 metres

2. The Order is necessary to enable Contractors working on behalf of Southern Water to install new apparatus within the carriageway.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 4th July for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
