MALDON DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2009 VARIATION OF CHARGES AT THE COUNCIL'S CAR PARKS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Its powers under section 35c of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the District Council of Maldon intends to vary the tariff of fees and charges contained within Schedule 1 of the District of Maldon (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009, as amended, relating to the use of the Council's car parks. The new tariff of fees and charges is set out in the following Schedule. The new fees and charges will come into effect on Monday 6 April 2020.
