Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from C & H Skip Hire for a Waste Transfer Station for the sorting of up to 6,000 tonnes of waste per annum, including the erection of a sheltered area for sorting of skips at Abaco House, Foxhall Road, Southminster, CM0 7LB - ESS/88/19/MAL. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at

(Footpath 26, Heybridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Further to notice: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which was made on 25/10/2019.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 26, Heybridge, from its easternmost junction with Stock Chase in a westerly direction for approximately 45 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/10/2019 to approximately 01/03/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to construct new properties are carried out.
The alternative route will be via Stock Chase.
The Order will come into effect on 30/10/2019 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(The Street, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12/11/2019 for 1 night or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143158501 - Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway defect works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Steeple Road, Burnham Road, Main Road, Summerhill, Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road, Cold Norton Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 31/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Herbage Park Road for a distance of approximately 140m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/2019 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CR4W0000LUXCV561039 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while aerial cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Herbage Park Road, Old London Road and vice versa The Order will come into effect on 14/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Grange Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 400m east of its junction with Wickham Hall Road for a distance of approximately 145m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/2019 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231003707- Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Grange Road, Roots Lane, Blacksmiths Lane, Church Road, Station Road, Wickham Hall Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
