(Footpath 4, Langford) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 17 December 2019. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 4, Langford in the District of Maldon, approximately 563 metres from its junction with Footpath 7, Langford for a distance of approximately 58 metres west.
The alternative route will be signed on site through farmer's field. The closure commenced on 17th January 2019 and is required for the safety of the public while works to the inlet are carried
(Southminster Road, Asheldham) (Temporary 7.5T Environmental Weight Restriction) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce an environmental 7.5 tonne weight limit on Southminster Road, Asheldham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Tillingham Road and Hall Road in a generally south westerly direction to a point 200 metres south of Green Lane/Foxhall Road.
The alternative route for HGV's will be via: B1021/Bradwell Road/ North Street/South Street/Tillingham Road/Cripplegate/North End/ High Street/B1018/Pantile Hill/Queen Street/Southfield Way/The Street/Maldon Road/Steeple Road/Burnham Road and vice versa. The temporaryrestrictions isscheduled to commence on 29 July2019 to 31 August 2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforces while works to install a new gas connection are undertaken in association with Section 50 Licence.
The Order will come into effect on 29 July 2019 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the order is made permanent, whichever
is the earlier.

(Batts Road, Steeple) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Batts Road, Steeple in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 150m south of its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 1015m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2019 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0000000IBZ45VHZ - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

by BT.
An alternative route is available via Foxhall Road, Highlands Hill, Green Lane, Grange Avenue, Steeple Road, Maldon Road, Jeagor Farm, Gospel Corner, Chapel Corner, The Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 35m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2019 for 1 night, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO55814423 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Church Street, Elysian Gardens and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Alamein Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alamein Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Normandy Avenue for a distance of approximately 20m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2019 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000831146 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Normandy Avenue, Dunkirk Road, Arnheim Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
