Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications: Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building 13 Victoria Road Maldon Essex CM9 5HE - Removal of existing single glazed timber windows and entrance door. Installation of new timber double glazed sliding sash windows and new timber front entrance door to the front elevation.
