COOK Malcolm Passed away peacefully on 26th July 2022, aged 78 years. Much loved Husband of Christine, loving Father to Lisa and Dale and Father-in-Law to Mark. Funeral service will take place at Three Counties Crematorium on Monday 15th August at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please.
