WELCH Eileen Peacefully at home on 29th January after a short battle with cancer, aged 77 years. A dearly loved Mum, Grandma, Great Grandma and Friend. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 25th February 2020 at Chelmsford Crematorium at 10.30 am. A splash of colour welcome.
