TIPTREE Road Runners’ Craig Dawson had a great run at the Nightmare at the Arms event.

Dawson took first place in the night trail race with a time of 36 minutes and three seconds.

Julian Holder finished in 56m 56s and Wendy Smalley in 1h 8m 7s. On a tough muddy course at the Essex cross-country championships, Paul Dellar took 104th place with Lyndsay Rolerkite finishing 75th in the ladies’ event.

At the Valentines Parkrun, Edward Skinner completed his 100th Parkrun with a time of 23m 19s.

Andrew Conway was first home for the club at the Maldon Prom Parkrun, finishing in 20m 51s.
