PHIL Robson took a tight victory to win Five Lakes’ Parker Plate.
The 18-hole strokeplay event, played in breezy conditions, produced some very good scoring.
Two players returned nett 74s, Clive Weir and Frank Taylor, to be just outside the main prizes.
Third place went to club secretary Ian Kirkman (20) with a nett 71.
Second slot went to Graham Peck (24) with a nett 67, beaten on count back by the winner of the Parker Plate Robson (9) also returning a gross 76 nett 67.
