TIPTREE Road Runners set three personal bests in very different conditions.

At the Brentwood 10K, Paul Dellar took the wet conditions in his stride to set a personal best of 41 minutes 38 seconds.

Simon Morgan ran 43m and Dawn Shilling 1h 3m 10s.

Heavy rain made the off-road Bewl 15 into a slippy, muddy event.

Craig Dawson finished in 1h 58m 29s, with Andrew Conway running 2h 26s and Gary Perryman setting a personal best of 2h 3m 50s.

At the Maldon Prom Parkrun, in very warm conditions, the club took on the marshalling and pace making of this event.

Kate Finch improved her personal best by almost 40 seconds with a run of 21m 38s.

Mark Lawes finished in 21m 41s, Graeme Moon 23m 59s, Rob Hadgraft 26m 8s and Jamie Fairfull running with a pushchair in 26m 26s.

Anthony Knight ran 28m 20s, David Stokes 29m 6s, Malcolm Bailey 33m and Wendy Smalley 39m 59s.
