TIPTREE Road Runners had three runners in the top ten at the Maldon Prom Parkrun.
James Haskey-Jones was third in a season’s best of 18 minutes 47 seconds.
Craig Dawson took fourth place in 18m 58s and Andrew Conway seventh in 19m 59s.
Haskey-Jones and Conway also completed their 50th Parkruns recently.
Other Tiptree finishers were Malcolm Bailey 24m 17s, Peter Bouldstridge 24m 55s, David Stokes 27m 49s, Dawn Shilling 29m 15s and Natalie Bourne 32m 51s.
In other Parkruns, Gary Perryman ran the Colchester event in 20m 57s, Jeff Fairfull finished in 32m 3s at Brentwood and Martin Pratley finished his first race for the club, running 27m 1s at the Milton Keynes Parkrun.
At the Valentine’s 10K in Norwich, Craig Dawson finished in 38m 27s, Simon Morgan 43m 25s, Gary Perryman 44m 11s and Rob Hadgraft 51m 8s.
