BURNHAM Ramblers boss Bertie Brayley is adamant that his side will not be intimidated by high-flying AFC Sudbury.
Sudbury visit Leslie Field this weekend for a Ryman League division one north fixture.
But Brayley is buoyed by his side’s performance earlier in the season when they lost out 2-1 to Saturday’s visitors.
The Burnham boss said: “It will be in the back of Sudbury’s mind that we bossed the game at their place.
“We got beat but they just scraped the win.
“We have had some good performances this season but haven’t been able to close the door on them.
“But anybody can beat anybody in this league and will go into the game with confidence.”
Burnham were left kicking their heels last weekend when their scheduled match at Ware was cancelled because of a frozen pitch.
