MALDON & TIPTREE boss Alan Kimble says he has been contacted by “high-calibre” players keen to join his Park Drive revolution.
The ex-Wimbledon defender has made sweeping changes since replacing Terry Spillane as manager in late-September.
And the transformation appears to be paying off, with his in-form side having pocketed ten points from a possible 15 in their last five Ryman League outings.
Kimble believes his in-form club are back on the division one north map - and says their current form has alerted other players keen to join.
“People are starting to sit up and take notice of us again,” he said.
“We’re back and we’ve got a winning mentality - something that had been missing for a while.
“It’s amazing how many high-calibre players have been in touch with me recently.
“These are players that wouldn’t have been in touch three, four or five weeks ago.
“But they can see what’s happening and it’s a good place to be at the moment."
