HEYBRIDGE Swifts have signed Dave Wareham but said goodbye to Ryan Doyle.
Scraley Road manager Jody Brown has added 26-year-old left midfield winger and striker Dave Wareham to his squad from Needham Market.
Brown said: “I know Dave well and he’s proven at this level, with a great attitude.
“He’s a natural wide player with a left foot, something the squad has been missing.
“He will be a huge asset to us over the coming months.”
Wareham spent three years with Colchester United at Layer Road as an apprentice, of which six months was spent on a professional contract before departing in 2007.
He has also played for Billericay Town, Maldon and Tiptree, AFC Sudbury and Grays Athletic.
Defender Doyle has left Swifts to join Ryman premier side Enfield Town.
Brown said: "He is a big loss for us but he was made an offer he couldn't turn down."
