Frankie Kent is set to get some more game time as Colchester United's under-23s host neighbours Ipswich Town tonight, in their latest Professional Development League Two fixture.
Kent, who has not featured for Colchester since their EFL Cup defeat at Brighton and Hove Albion in August, played 90 minutes for the U's under-23s in their 0-0 draw with Bolton Wanderers at Florence Park last week and is set to continue his return from tendonitis against Town.
Brennan Dickenson and Lloyd Doyley could also feature for Wayne Brown's side at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, kick-off 7pm.
Colchester will discover who their FA Cup first-round opponents will be when the draw is made tonight.
The draw takes place at around 7.10pm and will be screened live on BT Sport and BBC2, with the U’s ball number 14 in the hat.
