CHELMSFORD City’s away game against Hemel Hempstead Town on Saturday was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The game was a crucial opportunity to collect a much-needed three points, in order for them to ease any lingering worries of being dragged into a National League South relegation battle.
Attentions will now switch to this Saturday as they travel to Havant & Waterlooville, who are in big danger of the drop, as they sit in 20th place, one point off of safety.
A win would see Chelmsford go eight points clear of their opponents on Saturday.
Chelmsford will be hoping to improve on recent form, having only won one of their last ten league games.
