Mayle leads the way to secure trophy win

THERE was some excellent scoring in Five Lakes ’ Roger Hyman Trophy.
The 18-hole men’s stableford qualifer was won Nicky Mayle (26), with 39 points.
Second place went to Andrew Gilbert (22), with 35, with Malcolm Pool (5) taking third on countback, with 34.
The others to finish with 34 points were Stuart Steele (12), Ian Cottee (10), Chris Hamblion (3) and Pat McSweeney junior (12).
