Records keep tumbling for Tiptree Road Runner Harrington

THE records keep tumbling for Tracy Harrington.
The Tiptree Road Runner was competing at the Felsted Ten Kilometre and clocked 44 minutes 33 seconds.
This was a new F45 club record, her sixth of the season, improving her personal best by over two minutes.
James Haskey-Jones was first home for the club in 38m 50s to take 23rd position.
Simon Morgan completed a good weekend double running his fastest 10K of the season to duck under the 40-minute barrier in a time of 39m 59s and finish 30th.
Stuart Meddeman set a personal best of 41m 41s, in 51st place, with Paul Dellar running 42m 26s.
Mark Lawes finished in 46m 30s, while Pete Fuller improved his personal best by over five minutes with a run of 47m 47s.
Peter Bouldstridge ran 49m 49s, with Graeme Moon unfortunately suffering an injury on the course to finish in 50m 36s.
Valerie Rees in 51m 54s and Jo Roblin in 55m 15s made their club debuts at the distance with Dawn Shilling finishing in 62m 37s.
Vicky Knight continued her strong current form with an emphatic victory in the ladies event at the Race for Business.
Her time of 21m 54s for the 3.5-mile circuit was two minutes clear of the runner-up and placed her 30th overall in a field of over 800.
Rob Hadgraft’s run of 24m 31s gave him first place in the V55 category.
Anthony Knight finished in 25m 14s with Jo Roblin running 28m 38s.
