RS Tera Nationals descend on the Crouch

The Crouch will be awash with black and orange sails this weekend as over 90 boats arrive to contest the RS Tera National Championship at Burnham Sailing Club.

Junior sailors from as far afield as the Isle of Man, Ripon and Somerset will descend on the club to compete in the RS Tera, a junior single handed dinghy.

The club is playing host to the event for the first time and juniors will be defending their title as top club at last year’s national championship.

The RS Tera is the fastest growing class of junior dinghy and the event will be sponsored by sailing clothing firm Zhik.
