TIPTREE United crashed out of the FA Vase with a heavy defeat.
St Ives Town returned to Cambridgeshire with their name safely in the draw for the last 16 after beating the Jam-makers 7-0 at Park Drive in Maldon.
Tiptree had started strongly and only a great save by the visiting keeper kept the hosts at bay, but they were struck a cruel blow as an own goal put St Ives ahead.
A second came on the stroke of half-time, before a third after the break and Tiptree boss Steve Wheeler made substitutions to try to get his side back into the tie.
However, injuries in the closing stages left him with just nine men on the pitch and the visitors hit four in the closing stages to give a skewed look to the score.
