Braintree Town will be at home in the second round of the FA Trophy but only if they can get past Brackley Town in their first round replay on Tuesday night.

The Iron and Brackley fought out a 0-0 draw at the IronmongeryDirect Stadium on Saturday and are set to go again to decide who will progress, but unlike in the first meeting, they now know what awaits the winner.

As well as the £6,000 first round prize money, the victor will have a home tie against Vanarama National League side Barrow AFC in the second round on January 13.

Barrow are currently 19th in the National League top-flight table and earned their place in the second round with a 1-0 win at Nuneaton Town last weekend.

Meanwhile, Heybridge Swifts have also learned what their second round fate will be if they can come through a first-round replay.

Swifts were pegged back by a last-gasp leveller at Hampton and Richmond Borough on Saturday in a 1-1 draw that means the pair must also go again on Tuesday night.

If Heybridge can come through the replay at Scraley Road, they will also face National League opposition in the second round as the draw has handed the winner a trip to Maidstone.
