MALDON and District Cycling Club held the latest instalment of their morning ten time trials on the E10/21 course.

Fastest rider on the day was Jamie Maidment of Southend Wheelers with a time of 23 minutes two seconds, closely followed by Colin Lewin of Velo Schils Interbike in 23m 17s.

Fastest Maldon rider was Hamish Hore with a time of 23m 51s, while Maldon junior Harry Wood secured a season's PB as he finished with a time of 24m 2s.

Maldon also had three riders take part in the joint 25-mile time trial with the Southend Wheelers.

The fastest rider on the day was James Jenkins of Southend Wheelers in 56m 29s with the fastest Maldon rider being David Carey, who finished with a time of one hour 9m 56s.

Fellow Maldon rider Jason Gillard finished with a time of 1hr 11m 56s and junior Harry Wood finished the 10TT course in a time of 24m 20s to place him as the fastest junior on the day.
