SOUTHMINSTER Bowls Club held the Cyril Tyler pairs competition and the winner, pictured with club president Pauline Kepple, were Trevor Robinson and Eddie Barker.
They won four out of the five games they played.
The runners-up were Mick Henry and Tom Mcquillian.
Meanwhile, Southminster trio Eddie Barker, Kevin Burridge and Peter Spooner have make it to the national finals at Royal Leamington Spa.
They reached the finals of the county so will represent Essex in the Bowls England finals on August 24.
