MALDON Saints under-14s retained the trophy as they played their annual tournament against Dutch youth side VV Siol from Cuijk in the Netherlands.
It was Maldon's turn to act as hosts this year and parents and children welcomed their counterparts for a four-day visit with the majority of the visitors staying with families from Maldon Saints.
The Dutch youngsters were treated to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium before a weekend of football and socialising.
However, the centrepiece was the annual Challenge Match between the two teams and Maldon Saints proved too strong for the visitors as they retained the cup with a 7-0 victory to make it five wins out of the last six meetings.
Maldon Saints will send a team to Cuijk next year to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the relationship between the two football clubs.
